AS A GENERAL RULE most USFS campgrounds have an $8.00 non-refundable reservation fee per site and reservations must be made DAYS ahead of arrival and can be made up to 6 MONTHS in advance.

A very few Alaska State Park campgrounds have reservations through ReserveAmerica.
NOTE: There is a $5.00 non-refundable reservation fee per site.
Reservations must be made 2 DAYS ahead of arrival and can be made up to 7 MONTHS in advance.
NOTE: Reservations are available Memorial Day through Labor Day.
